Snoop Dog says several of Dr. Dre’s tunes will be in Rockstar Games’ upcoming Grand Theft Auto (GTA).
Andre Romelle Young, aka Dr. Dre, the iconic American producer, rapper and songwriter who hasn’t released a solo album since 2015’s Compton – knowing that the Detox album he took years to make is still a legend – is currently working on new songs for Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto franchise.

The information comes directly from his longtime friend and collaborator Snoop Dogg (he’s also on some of the new tracks) in an interview for the Rolling Stone Music Now podcast.
“I know he’s in the studio right now. I know he’s making good fucking music. And some of his music is related to the GTA game that’s coming out. So I think that’s how his music will come out, through the GTA video game”.
GTA 6 or Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition For Dr. Dre?
If the collaboration between Dr. Dre and Rockstar Games started last year with the DLC The Cayo Perico Heist in GTA Online, Snoop Dogg has hinted that it will continue very soon with a new game.
It can only be the compilation Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, although it is surprising that the American studio has not yet said anything even though the communication is not at the level, or the much awaited GTA 6 whose development would have experienced many problems. Unless it is still for GTA Online via a new update.
